Good value hotel in a great location, would stay again

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Osaka and the surrounding area. It was in a quiet back street only a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station which made it very easy to get there from the airport and to get the metro to explore Osaka. We took the bullet train from there to Kyoto one day which was very cheap, fast and an amazing experience Staff were super polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Japanese foods which we enjoyed trying. There were always eggs, fruit and yoghurt if you weren’t feeling adventurous! Luggage storage was available in the reception area on our final day which was really useful and saved us dragging our suitcases around the city as we had a late flight. Finally, it was very good value for money given its central location and facilities.

There was nothing not to like really. The room was smallish but large by Japanese standards. It’s worth noting that one side of the bed was close against the wall if you have mobility problems but we didn’t find it a problem. And there wasn’t a huge amount of storage for clothes etc.

The employees are very helpful and accomodating. Location is just a few minutes walk to the Shin Osaka station, walk around the area there are few restaurants to go when you get hungry. Complimentary breakfast is delicious we all love it! Room size is good.

The hotel is conviniently located near the Shin-Osaka train station which has the JR line, Metro, and Shinkansen lines. The rooms are decent and has enough space even for a family of 4. They also offer complimentary breakfast.

Enjoyed Osaka and our stay at the hotel.

Location to train station and nearby food shops

Breakfast server’s stop replenishing food as it is taken too early. I enjoyed breakfast but wasn’t early enough every day to get any waffles.????‍

Wonderful

This was a great cheap hotel super near Shin Osaka station. Beds were nice and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was basic but tasty and nice to have. There's also nearby convenience stores easy to access.

The pillows weren't great, so I'd ask for a spare one upon arrival.

Conveniently Located Hotel with Pleasant Experience and Minor Drawbacks

The hotel's convenient location within walking distance from Shin-Osaka station, along with the adequately sized room for a one-night stay and satisfactory amenities, made for a pleasant experience, further enhanced by the enjoyable complimentary breakfast.

While overall the stay at the hotel was pleasant, but there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The occasional noise from passing trains, the hotel's location in a dark alley, and the small lobby were minor inconveniences. Additionally, the self check-in process with the automated machine proved to be a bit complicated, and the breakfast ending at 9:00 am was slightly inconvenient.

Excellent stay close to Shin-Osaka Station!

Everything was great from start to the end. The staff members were kind and polite as always. The room was of good size (in Japanese standards). Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Very close to Shin-Osaka train station (if you want to catch the Shinkansen). Highly Recommended!

Wonderful

The size of the room was bigger than in any other hotel in japan. The location was near to shin Osaka and quiet. I had the best sleep in this hotel in our 2 week vacation in Japan.

Breakfast was OK but nothing too special. It got crowded by the end of breakfast time.
